Shipping policy

Zion prides itself on offering fast shipping on premium home gym equipment. If you place your order before 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, you can rest assured your parcel is shipped on the same day. However, this only applies to in-stock items.

You will receive an email shortly after your order ships, providing your tracking information for safety purposes. However, some shipping carriers need roughly 48 hours to update tracking once the carrier picks up the package.

Although we work hard to ship orders quickly, we cannot guarantee same day shipping during major holidays, such as New Year's Eve and Christmas. We deliver most of the products within 5-7 business days from our warehouse in Southern California.

 

DOES ZION OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

To simply put it, no. We do not offer free shipping- and here is why. 

Companies that offer shipping for free are simply building the cost of shipping into their products as one flat fee. If we were to offer free shipping, our products would no longer be available at the affordable pricing that we offer. When we ship items via FedEx, the first 10lbs cost the most. As we add more weight, the cost per pound decreases. Unfortunately, for "free" shipping, each item must be priced assuming it is the only item being shipped to you. That means you do not get a shipping savings by adding additional items like you do when we simply charge you what it costs to ship to you. 

 

When it comes down to it, we have zero interest in making a profit off charging you outrageous shipping costs. The pricing you see for your order is the exact same price that our shipping providers charge us, not a penny more.
